What happens in a consultation?
Homeopathy recognises that we are all unique individuals. It recognises that one approach does not fit all, and so consultations reflect this. You will have time to talk about anything that is affecting you, sharing only what you feel is appropriate at that time. This helps me to understand you and what is important to you. Consultations are supportive and friendly, helping you to feel at ease and to feel heard.
During your consultation we will talk about all sorts of things, from why you have come, what’s important to you, and how you feel about different things. We will also look at diet and lifestyle, and from these detailed discussions I can then give you a tailored prescription.
The prescription you receive will be based on you and your individuality, no two homeopathic prescriptions are the same. I provide individualised prescriptions that treat ‘you’ not just a condition.
At the end of your consultation, you will leave knowing how to take your prescription, the aims of the prescription, and how the treatment plan will progress. You will know how to contact me should you have any questions.
A further consultation is booked in roughly 4 weeks afterwards to review your progress. This follow-up session lasts approximately 45 mins, and for a child, 30 minutes.

Consultations are online, always confidential, and you can relax knowing that this is time for you.
Your initial appointment as a new patient will ideally be 90 minutes. Follow up sessions can be any duration up to 60 minutes depending on your specific needs.

This longer appointment is needed for the first time I see you, so I can take a detailed medical history, go through your symptoms, discuss any concerns you have, and work with you to put together a suitable treatment plan with the necessary remedies.
